The rarest answer game: name what nobody else will

Most quiz games reward the answer everyone gives. Cosmillion rewards the opposite. Each prompt has many right answers, and the less common your answer is, the more it scores. It is a free daily game: 7 prompts, 25 seconds each, the same for everyone.

How the least common answer wins

You get a prompt like “Name a fruit” and 25 seconds. Any answer that fits counts. Apple is a fine answer, but almost everyone thinks of it, so it scores +10. Jabuticaba is just as correct and far less common, so it scores +100.

Answers fall into six ranks, from Tourist (+10) up to One in a Galaxy (+100). Your total flies a rocket from the ocean floor up through the sky and out into space. The full table is on the how to play page.

Tips for finding rare answers

Skip your first thought. The first answer that comes to mind is usually the first answer for everyone else too.

Go specific. A particular variety or a regional name often beats the general one.

Use what you know. Your hobbies, your job, the food where you grew up: that is where answers other people miss live.

Don't worry about spelling. Spelling variants, plurals and accents are accepted, and close typos get a “did you mean”.
